Pre-K Ballet

Mondays 3:30-4 Weekly $60

Ages: 3-5

Developmentally tuned: Classes use rhythm, imaginative play, and short movement games to build motor skills, balance, listening, and social play.

Beginner Ballet

Wednesdays 5-6 Weekly $260

Ages: 5-8

Classical technique basics: First positions, pliés, tendus, relevés, simple port de bras, as well as basic barre and center work introduced progressively.

Structured progression: Each unit builds on the last, alignment, turnout awareness, rhythm, and clean footsteps, so students gain technique and confidence without overwhelm.

Creative application: Short combinations and musical phrasing woven into class so technique meets performance in bite-sized chunks.

Body-safe teaching: Emphasis on healthy posture, joint-friendly movement, and age-appropriate conditioning.

Performance opportunities: Informal showings and recital options let students experience the thrill of sharing their work in a supportive setting.

Intermediate Cheer

Tuesdays 4-5 Weekly $260

Ages: 7+ (Skill Based)

Tumbling upgrade: solid cartwheels, progression to round offs, dive rolls, controlled agency over landing mechanics, all to boost coordination and confidence while keeping it safe.

Intro to fuller stunting: progressions toward extended multi-base stunts, elevators and dismounts. Partner work emphasizes safe prep positions, proper grips, and trust-building (all skill-appropriate and instructor-assisted.)

Cheer dance & motions: tighter, faster routines with sharp arm technique, intermediate jumps, and musical timing to sync with teammates.

Listening & teamwork: quick cue response, shared responsibility in group stunts, and positive, resilient sportsmanship.

Performance opportunities at local community events: Quarterly showcase where families cheer on the athletes’ newest routines.

Country Western Swing

Tuesdays 5-6 Weekly $260

Ages: 10-18

This choreographed class teaches Country Western Swing basics with a focus on 2-step patterns, classic lifts, stylish dips, and more. Perfect for all skill levels and social dancers who want confidence, connection, and a bit of flair.

What you’ll learn: Solid fundamentals: timing, footwork, and partner frame, 2-step variations for smooth social dancing, Safe lead-and-follow techniques for lifts and dips, Musicality and styling to match country rhythms, Communication cues for clear, comfortable partnering.

Mondays 4-5 Weekly $260

Ages: 4-7 (Skill Based)

Basics of tumbling: forward rolls, cartwheels, and body control to build coordination and confidence.

Intro stunting: safe partner work, simple prep positions, and learning to trust teammates (all skill-appropriate and instructor-assisted).

Cheer dance & motions: catchy routines, sharp arm motions, basic jumps, and rhythm skills.

Listening & teamwork: following cues, game-like drills, and positive sportsmanship.

Performance opportunities at local community events: Quarterly showcase where families cheer on the athletes’ newest routines.

Advanced Cheer

Mondays 5-6 & Wednesdays 4-5 Weekly $455

Ages: 8-18 (Skill Based)

Dynamic tumbling progressions: round-offs, cartwheels, back walkovers etc. Run, hurdle, rebound mechanics, and landing control. Strength and flexibility training tailored to advanced skill development.

Advanced stunting: complex partner and group stunts, extensions, extended single leg stunts, single- and multi-based baskets, and dynamic transitions. Tosses and dismounts with progressive drills and consistent spotting. Emphasis on timing, communication, and trust for high-level stunting sequences.

Cheer dance & motions: High-energy, performance-grade routines with advanced choreography and synchronized staging. Clean, sharp technique for advanced arm motion combinations and show-style transitions. Advanced jumps, kicks, and stamina-building conditioning for full-length performances.

Listening & teamwork: Fast-paced cueing and drill rotation to mirror competitive settings. Team strategy, leadership development, and on-floor communication. Sportsmanship and accountability within high-performance groups.
