Classical technique basics: First positions, pliés, tendus, relevés, simple port de bras, as well as basic barre and center work introduced progressively.
Structured progression: Each unit builds on the last, alignment, turnout awareness, rhythm, and clean footsteps, so students gain technique and confidence without overwhelm.
Creative application: Short combinations and musical phrasing woven into class so technique meets performance in bite-sized chunks.
Body-safe teaching: Emphasis on healthy posture, joint-friendly movement, and age-appropriate conditioning.
Performance opportunities: Informal showings and recital options let students experience the thrill of sharing their work in a supportive setting.
What we teach
Tumbling upgrade: solid cartwheels, progression to round offs, dive rolls, controlled agency over landing mechanics — all to boost coordination and confidence while keeping it safe.
