Power and technique work: run, hurdle, rebound mechanics, and landing control.
Strength and flexibility training tailored to advanced skill development.
Advanced stunting
Complex partner and group stunts: extended liberties, single- and multi-based baskets, and dynamic transitions.
Tosses and dismounts with progressive drills and consistent spotting.
Emphasis on timing, communication, and trust for high-level stunting sequences.
Cheer dance & elite motions
High-energy, performance-grade routines with advanced choreography and synchronized staging.
Clean, sharp technique for advanced arm motion combinations and show-style transitions.
Advanced jumps, kicks, and stamina-building conditioning for full-length performances.
Listening & teamwork
Fast-paced cueing and drill rotation to mirror competitive settings.
Team strategy, leadership development, and on-floor communication.
Sportsmanship and accountability within high-performance groups.
Class details
Length: 60 minutes per session
Frequency: Twice per week — Monday 5:00–6:00 PM and Wednesday 4:00–5:00 PM
Age range: 8+ (placement dependent on skill level; tryout or coach assessment may be required)
Performance opportunities
Appearances at local community events and competitive showcases
Quarterly showcase where families and friends watch advanced routines and stunting demonstrations
What to wear & bring
Tight-fitting athletic cheerwear (no zippers, no loose clothing or jeans)
Closed-toe cheer shoes
Hair securely tied up and away from the face
Water bottle
Safety & progression
Focus on advanced safe technique, power development, and flexibility fundamentals
Skills introduced progressively with dedicated drills, spotters, and mats
Coaches evaluate readiness and only advance athletes when safety and control are consistent
