What we teach
Tumbling upgrade: solid cartwheels, progression to round offs, dive rolls, controlled agency over landing mechanics — all to boost coordination and confidence while keeping it safe.
Intro to fuller stunting: progressions toward extended multi-base stunts, cradle basics and elevators. Partner work emphasizes safe prep positions, proper grips, and trust-building — all skill-appropriate and instructor-assisted.
Cheer dance & motions: tighter, faster routines with sharp arm technique, intermediate jumps, and musical timing to sync with teammates.
Listening & teamwork: quick cue response, competitive game-style drills, shared responsibility in group stunts, and positive, resilient sportsmanship.
